The European Union and the United States have reached a consensus and agreed to continue to suspend tariffs on EU steel and aluminium imposed by Washington until March 2025. Consequently, the EU will not reimpose its retaliatory measures, that covered a range of US goods, including yachts.

As a result, US built yachts will be eligible this year for import into the European Union without being subject to the additional 25% Customs duty.
