Dear Partner,

 

By a regulation issued by the European Commission on 28 May 2021, the expected increase of additional duties on US built yachts has been suspended.

 

On 1 June 2021, the additional duties on US built yachts were supposed to reach 50% instead of the current 25%.

 

However, despite this new regulation, the 25% duty on US built yachts remains enforced until further notice.
